You are encouraged to register in advance for the conference to take advantage of savings over the on-site registration prices. Registration prices will be higher on-site and tickets for events will be sold on a space-available basis. 

Advance Registration fees are valid until the pre-registration cut-off date of July 8.

 

NOTE: You must be registered for the Summer Business Meeting to be admitted to educational programs, business meetings and social events. Children under the age of 12 will not be required to register for the conference, but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

NOTE: All registrations include the NCBA-PAC Summer Steak Fry & Live Auction on Tuesday. Member and Non-Member registrations include the General Session and Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday’s boxed lunch; Guests/Spouses can purchase tickets for the meals on an á la carte basis.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: NCBA will honor all requests for a full refund, minus a $40.00 administrative fee, provided such written requests are made on/before July 8, 2020. Refunds requests may be sent to meetings@beef.org.
