You are encouraged to register in advance for the conference to take advantage of savings over the on-site registration prices. Registration prices will be higher on-site and tickets for events will be sold on a space-available basis. Advance registration fees are valid until the pre-registration cut-off date of July 1, 2026. You MUST be registered for the Summer Business Meeting to be admitted to educational programs, business meetings and social events. Children under the age of 12 will not be required to register for the conference, but they must be always accompanied by an adult.
NOTE: Member and non-member registrations include lunch for Monday and Tuesday and Tuesday's Backyard BBQ. Guests and spouses can purchase tickets for the meals on an á la carte basis.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: NCBA will honor all requests for a full refund, minus a $150.00 administrative fee, provided such written requests are made on/before July 1, 2026. Refunds requests may be sent to [email protected].

Cancellation Policy: Your cancellation frees up a room for another attendee, so please cancel your reservation early if you will not be using it! There is no penalty for hotel reservation cancellations received by the Gaylord Rockies on, or prior to, June 17, 2026. The Gaylord Rockies and Convention Center has a 5-day prior to arrival cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so prior to the 5-day window to avoid a fee. If you need to cancel within the policy, you forfeit your deposit that was taken at the time of booking or your credit card will be charged a one-night room and tax cancellation fee.
